What You’ll Do

Understand Consumers & Markets

  • Stay ahead of trends shaping Korean consumer behavior.
  • Analyze market data and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Share local market intelligence with regional and global teams to guide strategic decisions.

Build Strategies that Drive Growth

  • Develop clear, actionable marketing plans to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Align local strategies with regional/global direction while tailoring them for the Korean market.

Bring Campaigns to Life

  • Lead impactful ATL and BTL campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Launch new brands and products that resonate with Korean consumers.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to turn ideas into measurable results.

Partner & Grow the Business

  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to expand Orkla’s footprint in Korea.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and agencies.
  • Represent Orkla brands confidently in partner and customer meetings.

Localize & Execute

  • Adapt brand materials and messaging to fit local culture and regulatory requirements.
  • Support product registration, packaging, and labeling for new launches.

Manage Budgets & Track Success

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on Orkla brands in Korea.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, health, or personal care.
  • Proven experience working with or within multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
