What You’ll Do

• Lead Wellness Strategy: Define and execute wellness propositions for HNW and UHNW segments.
• Innovate & Personalize: Apply functional medicine and preventive healthcare principles to curate tailored wellness journeys.
• Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations and P&L of a premium wellness centre, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
• Drive Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with expert partners across Hong Kong and China.
• Promote & Engage: Position the centre as a key differentiator, develop promotional strategies, and collaborate on events and campaigns.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and develop wellness professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Medical professional background: Licensed Medical Doctor or Registered Nurse (mandatory).
• University graduate with 10+ years’ experience in healthcare and wellness.
• Passionate about healthspan innovation and global wellness trends.
• Strong commercial acumen, data analytics skills, and experience in hospitality-style solutions.
• Proven leadership ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Resilient, solution-oriented, and able to thrive under multiple priorities.
