Key Responsibilities
- Daily sales execution and ensure consistent target achievement through active coaching and performance management
- Inspire, guide, and develop the sales team to exceed goals and grow professionally
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activity in real time, resolving obstacles swiftly
- Elevate the quality of customer interactions by reviewing calls, refining messaging, and sharpening closing techniques
- Leverage AI tools and call analytics to enhance team effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Design and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and fuel growth
- Explore and test new sales tactics, customer segments, and acquisition channels while maintaining performance consistency
- Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service to improve customer experience and retention
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement through ongoing coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets; experience in the storage solutions industry is a strong advantage
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Results-driven, action-oriented, and focused on high-quality execution
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial instincts, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth
- Energetic, resilient, and team-oriented, celebrating collective success
- Aligned with company goals and motivated by team and organizational achievements
- Collaborative, coachable, and adaptable to change
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Excel, and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume B2C sales environments is highly desirable
