Key Responsibilities
- Convert new leads into long-term clients through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective follow-up.
- Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth documentation collection and compliance with KYC requirements.
- Develop client-specific solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of products, jurisdictions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver seamless onboarding and high-quality service.
- Conduct market research, attend industry events, and pursue targeted outreach to build visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments, legislation, and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
- Negotiate engagement terms and manage compliance requirements with new clients.
- Ensure business take-on processes meet company’s standards for quality and turnaround.
- Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to broader business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in private wealth and offshore corporate structures.
- Strong technical expertise in private client services, including corporate entities, trusts, and funds.
- Familiarity with UK, BVI, and Cayman Islands regulations, corporate transactions, and succession instruments.
- Solid understanding of compliance and risk management procedures.
- Ability to coordinate complex multi-jurisdictional proposals across multiple business lines.
- Established industry network is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and sustain client and partner relationships.
- Previous client-facing and relationship management experience is essential.
