Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop training decks and learning materials that align with the institution’s brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing internal communication and marketing strategies to promote learning solutions and services.
- Generate creative ideas and manage regular and ad hoc content updates across internal communication channels.
- Draft, edit, and proofread text-based content; collaborate with designers or independently produce graphics and digital assets.
- Support the Centre of Learning Excellence in delivering engagement activities, enhancing learning experiences, and contributing to research initiatives.
- Implement internal learning promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide support in managing digital learning platforms and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain records and inventories of digital learning materials and perform routine clerical duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Training & Development, or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in internal communications, learning, or marketing within large organizations.
- Strong track record in campaign management, learning material production, and event coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and motivated with strong time management skills.
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning tools and virtual training platforms.
