Logistics & Sales Officer

About the Role:

Our client, a European market leader in battery and power products, are actively seeking a customer centric and driven Logistics & Sales Officer to join their team in Hong Kong. You will play a crucial role in managing order processing and supporting our sales efforts across China and Taiwan. Collaborating closely with our Singapore team, you will ensure seamless operations and efficient customer service.

Budget: (HKD 20,000 – 24,000 p/m)
Office Location: Kwun Tong, Kowloon
Monday – Friday (9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Teams: Provide logistical assistance to our China sales team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Engage in routine communication with both local and China-based customers, handling order confirmations, shipment tracking, rescheduling requests, and returns (RMA process).
  • Order and Shipment Management: Arrange for sample deliveries and coordinate order shipments, ensuring all required documentation is prepared and dispatched.
  • Systems Management: Oversee and manage customer order and logistics portals/systems.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders, invoices, and other shipping documents promptly and accurately.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse teams and shipping forwarders to facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain oversight of inventory levels and stock status, including conducting annual physical counts.
  • Training & Meetings: Attend customer training sessions and meetings related to order and logistics arrangements.
  • Additional Duties: Be prepared to assist with various other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

 Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in SAP and logistics management systems.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
