About the Role
The Client Operations Executive will play a vital role in supporting B2B account operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. This position involves handling client enquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in Japanese or Korean, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and administration of B2B accounts to ensure efficient and accurate operations
  • Handle client enquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in case investigations and issue resolution with internal stakeholders
  • Manage invoicing, reporting, and documentation for clients
  • Work closely with Operations Managers to maintain in-depth knowledge of client accounts and service processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational best practices
  • Participate in ad-hoc operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or account servicing, preferably in banking, finance, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) or Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above) is required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using business systems
