Job Summary:
Our client is a leading network services and integration solutions provider headquartered in Hong Kong, with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing network solutions, managing projects, and providing both pre-sales and post-sales support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute network implementation and manage related projects
  • Conduct system integration and application rollout
  • Collaborate with vendors to deploy various network solutions
  • Provide maintenance and support for network products
  • Handle escalation procedures with vendors for networking issues
  • Perform troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and software updates
  • Deliver first-tier post-sales support and maintenance services
  • Be available for emergency support on a standby basis

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Holder of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, etc.) preferred
  • Solid understanding of network technologies and protocols
  • Experience with large-scale network solutions and Layer 2/3 technologies, including IEEE Layer 2 standards, MPLS, and BGP routing
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in networking, including both pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Practical experience in implementing networking and security solutions (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of high-speed optical transmission and DWDM system design is an advantage
  • Proficient in programming (Python, REST API, Netconf, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated, and customer-oriented
  • Native Korean speaker with fluent English proficiency is a must, working visa can be sponsored
  • Willing to travel to Korea (ICN) occasionally to support the on-site project, not frequently.
