Responsibilities
· Deliver essential enterprise-level infrastructure services (network, servers, backup systems, desktop) to Public Service agencies and non-Government entities.
· Handle and manage data centre and server room operations through effective management of network infrastructure and vital components to maintain service continuity.

· Support Architecture Review and Governance processes with understanding of systems operations environment to ensure sustainable operations and meet resiliency requirements.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of IT or CIO.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.
· Good technical knowledge of network and server technologies, complemented by expertise in supporting areas such as infrastructure security.
· Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure management with proficiency in data centre operations, vendor management, networking, and infrastructure concepts.
· Prior experience or knowledge of Singapore government IT infrastructure and processes would be beneficial.
· Proactive and dedicated professional with a meticulous, organised, and resourceful approach to work.

- Strong awareness of challenges and needs within the Banking, Fintech, and related lending industries.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2B2C channel programs, consistently achieving quotas and goals.
- Proficient in value-based selling, employing ROI and TCO models rather than competing solely on features or price.
- Skilled in identifying strategic client pain points and developing compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrated expertise in client engagement, including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making, negotiating, and closing.

OT Cybersecurity Resident Engineer

Scope of Work
1. Asset Management and Compliance
Oversee ICS/Non-ICS assets to ensure full compliance with cybersecurity risk policies.
Maintain and update asset register and conduct site discovery assessments.
2. Cybersecurity Monitoring and Mitigation
Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure mitigation of threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct Vulnerability Assessments (VA) using Claroty tool.
Upload and track VA data and resolution status using the Claroty platform.
3. Risk Assessment and Advisory
Provide advisory based on findings from Risk Assessments (RAs) and internal audits.
Review vendor proposals and oversee implementation based on risk assessment requirements.
4. Architectural Design Review
Review and update existing architectural design, drawings, and schematics.
