About the Role

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain daily IT operations including troubleshooting and patching.
· Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows, Active Directory, backup, and storage systems.
· Assist with after-hours maintenance and upgrades when needed.
· Perform routine system administration tasks such as log reviews and patch deployments.
· Manage virtual environments (VMWare/Hyper-V) and Windows servers.
· Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
· Prepare basic reports and documentation.
· Stay updated on system updates and security advisories.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system support.
· Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
· Exposure to backup systems and ITSM processes is a plus.
· Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications are preferred but not required.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
OT Cybersecurity Resident Engineer
Contract Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract
Location: Central Area / CBD / Tanjong Pagar (travel required between 3 locations)
Preferred Background: OT (Operational Technology) experience preferred
Scope of Work
1. Asset Management and Compliance
Oversee ICS/Non-ICS assets to ensure full compliance with cybersecurity risk policies.
Maintain and update asset register and conduct site discovery assessments.
2. Cybersecurity Monitoring and Mitigation
Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure mitigation of threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct Vulnerability Assessments (VA) using Claroty tool.
Upload and track VA data and resolution status using the Claroty platform.
3. Risk Assessment and Advisory
Provide advisory based on findings from Risk Assessments (RAs) and internal audits.
Review vendor proposals and oversee implementation based on risk assessment requirements.
4. Architectural Design Review
Review and update existing architectural design, drawings, and schematics.
5. Audit Attendance and Support
Attend audits, provide responses, and prepare supporting documentation.
6. Change Management and New Solutions
Recommend and implement changes for ICS/Non-ICS solutions in line with IT/cybersecurity policies.
7. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Perform Level 1 troubleshooting within 30 minutes of breakdown notification.
Attend to issues after working hours as required.
Supervise and ensure maintenance and software/server patching by vendors as per schedule.
8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Review and recommend updates for relevant SOPs.
9. Digital Spine Support
Support Digital Spine initiatives to ensure site infrastructure integration and functionality
Job Title: EUC Support Engineer – VIP Support
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Support IT end-user devices (Desktops and Laptops i.e. provisioning, installations and configurations.
- Standby with on-call availability to support meeting requests and escorts out of office hours, weekends and holidays.
- Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations
Cross group collaboration
- Work closely with all technical groups to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed
- Work closely with all technical groups to perform troubleshooting impacting network and/or systems
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Experienced in M365 End-Point Admin, and/or CompTIA A+.
- Experienced in supporting teams meeting room devices (e.g. Neat and/or Crestron are good to have)
- Min. 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge infra stacks i.e. security, desktops/laptops/devices
- Knowledge of OS –Windows OS, MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android, and M365, Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting, firewalls, and security
- Possess problem solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experienced in VIP user e.g. c-suite levels support is compulsory.
- Demonstrated verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and VIPs.

As a Desktop Support Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable onsite desk-side support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and maintaining a secure and high-performing desktop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite desk-side support with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10, Office 365, and desktop devices.
