Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation service delivery and oversee the implementation of projects and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning and project profitability
• Be responsible for the overall leadership in the post-sales delivery and implementation of the company’s enterprise solutions
• Maintain complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues;
• Set and manage client expectations and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction to build strong client relationship
• Direct and supervise the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery in a timely and professional manner
• Drives results in alignment with business objectives
• Develop Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery.
• Provide the management with regular project updates and act as a critical advisor to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science and Information Engineering or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of project management / professional services with prior experience as a leader in tech companies
• Hands on experience in managing the project team (technical and non-technical professionals)
• Strong communication, client management, negotiation and social skills
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and detail-oriented thinking skills
• Native in English (MUST)
• Fluency in one of the European languages is highly desired

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of Professional Service Director
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Manage the whole project cycle from project timeline/ schedule, define resources required, cost/ budget control in an effective and efficient way
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Perform technical / functional review and analysis, prepare internal and external documentation, and work closely with client to drive project results
• Report project updates regularly to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Computer Science and Information Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in software vendor, SaaS, tech start-ups, cloud communication companies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
• Resourceful, innovative and self-starter
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems in a professional manner and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Native in English is must;
• Fluency in one of the European languages is highly desired
