Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to retail shop operators, empowering them to achieve operational excellence and enhance service standards at our forecourts and convenience stores.
- Participate in the recruitment and skills assessment of critical frontline staff essential for delivering operational success.
- Assess the training and development requirements of frontline team members and fulfil these needs through both internal and external training programs.
- Disseminate proven techniques for exceptional service and effective selling to frontline personnel.
- Develop training materials tailored to the specific audience and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Conduct on-site coaching for retail staff, offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the organization and documentation of all relevant training initiatives and activities.
Requirement:
- Possess a Higher Diploma or above; holding a degree is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of experience in the service or retail industry, preferably in convenience retailing. Experience in managerial or training roles will be an added benefit.
- Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Capable of thriving under tight schedules and working effectively with diverse colleagues.
- Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with online meeting tools is a bonus.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is advantageous.
