Key Responsibilities

• Perform application systems support and maintenance, including routine job processes, ad-hoc requests, UAT testing, user training, system administrations and configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot the technical issues and incidents of application systems.
• Support integration development between systems to achieve process and system integration.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support service details and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal project team and external vendors to support project implementation.
• Follow up cybersecurity requirements and issues with infrastructure and security team
• Perform application systems upgrade and regular maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with system development and maintenance support, implementation of ERP and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based web/mobile application development and maintenance is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in SQL, ETL and Microsoft Power Platform will also be an advantage.
• Good communication skills: able to work closely with colleagues and vendors etc on a professional basis. (English & Cantonese)
• Great attention to detail and focus on quality.

Our client is a professional services consulting firm looking for an IT Internal Audit Manager  to manage the ISO audits , IT vulnerability risk management and IT security in the Asia region:

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize ISO 27001 audits for various Asia offices with external audit firm to obtain and renew the certificates.
• Organize internal audits in various Asia offices to meet with ISO 27001 standard and enhance the information security awareness and practices in the offices.
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations.
• Manage the vulnerability risks with internal technical expertise, vendors and users to solve the vulnerability risks.
• Lead and manage at regional level all information security initiatives. By working with global counterpart to ensure the implementations are successful at regional level.
• Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendation to mitigate risk and add values.
• Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up with internal and external providers.
• Actively communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company.
• Demonstrate good practices for identifying and reducing information security risks.
• Acts as liaison in supporting business by reviewing and responding to client’s security questionnaire if required.
• Organising and managing Information Security Group meetings, ensuring that the Group operates according to its terms of reference and that actions are completed.
• Maintaining the information security risk register.
• Maintaining and achieving external certifications, including ensuring to satisfy the requirements of the ISO27001 and managing internal audits and external assessments..
• Assist with delivering training on information security and raising awareness of valuable information security practices.
• Key member of the response team in the event of information security incidents and breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/Computer Science field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum  8  years of experience in a similar role in IT auditing
• Experience or knowledge in ISO 27001, IT vulnerability risk management, Cyber security would be an advantage
• Professional certification (CIA, CISA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
• Good negotiation and resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Ability to work within diverse, global, virtual teams.
