Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the AI-focused R&D unit, maintaining alignment with directives with internal project and technical team
• Drive the execution of innovative research initiatives from planning through implementation and performance tracking
• Oversee the design and deployment of data-driven solutions and latest AI technologies based on self-owned Enterprise Information Solutions tailored for the business
• Manage the full lifecycle of R&D projects including feasibility studies, conceptual design, technical specifications, and cost planning
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless development and integration of new capabilities
• Mentor and guide the R&D team to stay ahead of emerging trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning, incorporating latest innovations into product pipelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in R&D and software product development, with 2+ years at team leading and project roles
• Proficiency in AI and ML technologies, along with solid coding and architecture knowledge in Python, Java, C#, and web-based environments
• Strong project management initiatives, capable to communicate with stakeholders and users and manage resources and timeline.
• Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, and driven by results
• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR operations or payroll services, particularly within multinational corporations, large enterprises, or the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on HR outsourcing, payroll services, and HR operations/integration.
• Leverage the company’s technology capabilities to deliver integrated product and service solutions.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.
• Expand business by cross-selling services within existing client networks across the region.
• Stay current with emerging HR technologies and evolving labor regulations across Asia.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR/payroll operations or B2B sales within business services or HR technology.
