About the Role:
As a Head of IT, your position is essential for designing and implementing robust IT infrastructure, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of IT implementation projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading IT departments, with a strong background in managing implementation projects
• Experience in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing IT infrastructure, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working with multinational or international companies.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to navigate and adapt to local regulations and business practices in Indonesia.

This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in MNCs and a strong background in finance operations within a manufacturing context

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations within the factories, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
• Lead the finance and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize factory performance and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including local Indonesian tax laws.
