Position: Head of Human Resources
Location: Quy Nhon Factory, Vietnam
Reporting to: HR Director – Asia
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to oversee the human resources function at our Quy Nhon factory. This role is key in driving HR initiatives, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and enhancing overall workforce performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep HR expertise, and a solid background in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management systems to enhance productivity and growth.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
