Requirements:

- At least 6 years experience in tax compliance with exposure to private equity and multi-jurisdictions in Asia
- Strong grasp of international corporate tax laws; US and Asia tax experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external advisors effectively

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
- Implement and support applications framework design, participate in system integration and performance tuning activities
- Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Handle full set of accounts and consolidation for regional offices

Review the statutory returns of the licensed corporations and monitor the daily liquid capital requirements

Qualified Accountant (e.g. with HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA) is a MUST

8+ years with Big 4 together with relevant accounting experience from sell/ buy side, corporate finance experience is an advantage
