Summary
Our client is a global fashion company, to cope with their business needs, they are looking for seasoned IT Manager who has hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics to lead their internal IT team. You will be reporting directly to the CFO (an expat based overseas) and leading a team of 7 staff to drive their internal system spin-off projects from mother company. You will be overlooking overseas offices such as UK, Germany, France and Sweden, etc.
The Job:
- Lead the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics systems, including modules such as Finance and Operations, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Plan, execute, and monitor in-house application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, department heads, and senior management, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and align application strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the operations of application support and infrastructure, to manage all-round internal IT infrastructure operations
- Manage the global internal infrastructure operation, such as server, cloud, system, networking, security, etc.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including software vendors, consultants, and support services. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the application development and support team.
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of related working experience in which 5 years as managerial role
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics systems, including Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Retail, and CRM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable
- Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Willing to station in Dongguan, Mainland China
