Responsibilities: 

• Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, financing and documentation drafting 
• Compile performance data, perform portfolio analysis and bench marking
• Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues on a timely basis
• Review investment portfolio’s operational and financial performances, identifying value creation opportunities and managing exit processes
• Proactively assist in identifying and originating new deals for our investment portfolio
• Participate in discussions with executives in subsidiary companies in performance measurement and optimization
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Investment or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant investment experience in real estate industry 
• Professional qualifications such as CPA/ CFA is preferred 
• Solid financial modelling skill in real estate sector is required
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in written & spoken English

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for life insurance.
• Maintain and expand the existing insurance portfolio.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with commercial partners (and/or their key persons/contact point) to drive the implementation of new projects.
• Closely collaborate with Life Agency Team to line up partnership and assist them in achieving business goals.
• Mentoring agents to map out strategic plan and business goal by offering assessment and consultation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in finance/ insurance industry with business development expertise.
• Experience handling High-net-worth market/commercial clients will be an advantage.
• Excellent business acumen and leadership.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PPT.
