Sales Manager – (Logistics – FCL/LCL)
Our client is a market leader in the Air/Sea Freight industry sector who are actively looking to grow their business by adding a Sales Manager to their team in Taiwan – Taipei!!!
We are seeking applicants who want to continue developing their careers in an evergreen industry and building long term relationships with local clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop market resources, identify potential clients, provide satisfactory logistics solutions, and achieve performance targets.
- Maintain and expand key client relationships in accordance with the company's sales policies.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to enhance the company's market share.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable from clients as per company regulations and deadlines.
- 開發市場資源,尋找潛在客戶,為客戶提供滿意的物流解決方案,完成業績指標
- 根據公司銷售政策,做好重要客戶的維護與拓展
- 與公司各部門進行良好的協商和溝通,提升公司市場佔有率
- 按照公司規定俞期限,做好客戶應收賬款的回籠工
Job Requirements:
- College degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Familiarity with sea and air freight operations and local market conditions, with a strong sensitivity to market changes.
- Good command of spoken English and proficiency in computer operations.
- Excellent market development skills and strong ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team management and development abilities; prior team leadership experience is preferred.
- 專科及以上學歷,3年以上貨代行業經驗;
- 熟悉海、空運等業務操作流程及當地市場行情。對市場的變化有較強的敏感度
- 英語聽說良好,計算機操作熟練
- 具有優秀的市場開拓能力,工作承壓能力強
- 具有良好的人際交往與語言表達能力
- 較強的團隊管理與建設的能力,有團隊者優先考慮。
