About Role
The Senior Corporate Services Administrator will be based in the Hong Kong office and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities. This role involves direct client interaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of client entities
- Respond to client instructions and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain statutory records, minute books, and company registers
- Handle regulatory filings, including tax submissions
- Liaise with compliance teams to complete due diligence requirements
- Oversee billing, WIP, and accounts receivable for assigned clients
- Ensure entities comply with constitutional and legal requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and government authorities
- Collaborate with teams in BVI and Cayman for filings and clarifications
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of corporate administration experience, especially with Hong Kong entities
- Experience with BVI and Cayman entities is an advantage
- Business degree preferred; accounting/tax knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Hong Kong corporate legislation and AML/KYC/CDD standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large client portfolio
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
