Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our application systems and IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and coordinating IT projects with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in operating systems, networks, and firewall technologies, along with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keep application systems up and running and fix any issues that come up.
  • Support IT infrastructure like desktops, printers, networks, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Endpoint Management).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and security settings.
  • Track and manage IT equipment and assets.
  • Work with other teams to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Help manage and protect company data.
  • Assist users with software problems and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate IT projects with internal teams and outside vendors.
  • Handle IT admin tasks and user support.
  • Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, networks, and firewalls.
  • Use data and analysis to solve IT issues.
  • Take on other IT-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree of IT, computing or relevant subject.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with IT helpdesk support with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Endpoint Management.
  • Familiar with enterprise IT standards and best practices.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
