Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 3 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for infusion pumps and related consumables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or hospital sales.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and clinical environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
