Job Description

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
• Implement and support applications framework design, participate in system integration and performance tuning activities
• Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Maintain the hybrid cloud infrastructure and provides support on architecture standards governance and processes
• Oversee and provide global IT support including network/IT equipment, account management, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date software, hardware and account inventory
• Handle ad-hoc project implementation or technical support is required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in computer, information technology and/ or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of experience in server/network
• Knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, VLAN network security are essential
• Experience in VMWare ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, MS Windows AND Linux servers, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft O365 are required
• Knowledge of network product including FortiGate/ Cisco Meraki/Palo Alto Firewall and Switch
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Good communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
