Business Development Manager – Architecture & Designer Channel (Home Collections)

📍 Location: Hong Kong

Are you passionate about high-end design and architecture? A confidential luxury brand in the home collections space is seeking a strategic and design-savvy Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Architecture & Designer (A&D) channel in Hong Kong and selected export markets.

Role Overview

As the BDM, you will be the key driver of business development within the A&D community, promoting premium home collections to architects, interior designers, and specifiers. You’ll build long-term relationships, identify project opportunities, and ensure brand presence in high-end residential and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the A&D segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design studios
  • Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors
  • Conduct product presentations, design consultations, and showroom visits
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align brand messaging and visibility
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and positioning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within luxury furniture, interiors, or design-related industries
  • Strong network within the A&D community in Hong Kong and/or APAC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a design-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and project-based selling
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
