Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop overseas markets in Singapore and Malaysia, focusing on major client development, project operation, and management capabilities.
  • Achieve the company's annual sales plans and targets; formulate relevant policies and systems.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, gather market information, actively promote the company and its products, and explore new sales directions.
  • Independently handle and resolve business matters, including business negotiations, client visits and receptions, and related business records and analysis.
  • Analyze competitor behavior in the market, and develop marketing promotion plans.
  • Control the entire sales process to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and optimize the operating processes and management systems of the company’s trade business.
  • Plan and participate in major regional exhibitions, and regularly organize industry seminars.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in electrical or related fields.
  • Excellent English, Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Familiar with the processes of trade work and relevant laws and regulations, and knowledgeable about trade terminology.
  • Strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills, along with good interpersonal communication and coordination abilities.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in industrial products in Singapore or Malaysia, preferably with experience in communication products, data centers, cabinets, etc.
  • Familiarity with local market customs and practices.
  • Major Client Development: Successful operation of large-scale projects or top clients (e.g., local telecom operators, infrastructure groups).
  • Management Experience: Ability to manage teams and build process systems (must have led regional sales strategies or exhibition planning).
