Our client, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company with a strong global presence and robust R&D pipeline, is expanding its medical affairs team in Singapore to support upcoming product launches and scientific initiatives.

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Medical Affairs professional to lead scientific engagement and contribute to the successful execution of medical strategies across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific Engagement: Act as a trusted scientific resource, building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
  • Medical Strategy Execution: Support the development and implementation of medical plans aligned with product and corporate objectives.
  • Clinical Support: Provide scientific input for investigator-initiated studies, advisory boards, and educational programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, regulatory, and market access teams to ensure aligned and compliant communication.
  • Medical Insights: Collect and analyze field insights to inform strategy, identify unmet needs, and support evidence generation.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities adhere to local regulations and internal standards, with accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in medical affairs or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong scientific acumen with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful clinical dialogue
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
