Supply Chain Specialist – Service Procurement
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for service-related contracts, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to purchase order creation and approval.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices within the procurement system.
- Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in supply chain management or any related disciplines
- 2 years of solid experience in procurement, supply chain management.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Immediately available is preferred
