Health, Safety, and Environmental Lead

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HSE programs at the facility.
• Identify, monitor, and manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including coordinating waste shipments and establishing reduction strategies.
• Track and report HSE performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Develop and enforce safety management systems.
• Conduct HSE training sessions for staff.
• Perform regular internal audits and generate reports with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain and update HSE policy and procedural documentation.
• Serve as the Emergency Coordinator, managing incident responses with external agencies.
• Oversee maintenance and outsourcing activities from an HSE perspective.
• Utilize the Enablon Online platform to report HSE metrics.

Requirements:

• Registered Safety Officer/ ISO Auditor
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
