Health, Safety, and Environmental Lead
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HSE programs at the facility.
- Identify, monitor, and manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including coordinating waste shipments and establishing reduction strategies.
- Track and report HSE performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Develop and enforce safety management systems.
- Conduct HSE training sessions for staff.
- Perform regular internal audits and generate reports with findings and recommendations.
- Maintain and update HSE policy and procedural documentation.
- Serve as the Emergency Coordinator, managing incident responses with external agencies.
- Oversee maintenance and outsourcing activities from an HSE perspective.
- Utilize the Enablon Online platform to report HSE metrics.
Requirements:
- Registered Safety Officer/ ISO Auditor
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
