Environmental Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed environmental impact assessments (EIAs) related to electrical systems in civil engineering projects.
- Design and implement environmental monitoring programs for electrical compliance.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on electrical safety and sustainability metrics.
- Develop strategies for minimizing environmental impacts of electrical installations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical considerations into project designs.
- Conduct site assessments for electrical systems and related hazards.
- Stay updated on regulations and best practices in electrical environmental compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-year experience in environmental engineering focused on electrical systems.
- Registered Environmental Impact Assessor, Chartered Engineer (CEng) with ICE, or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor are preferred but not a must.
- Proficient in environmental modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong understanding of electrical regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
