Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Person with a strong background in the electronics manufacturing industry to help expand our market presence in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT), and will be fluent in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Vietnamese market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the EMS and semiconductor sectors.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience with SMT and THT processes.
• Strong understanding of the EMS and semiconductor markets.
• Fluency in Chinese; proficiency in Korean or Taiwanese is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
