Facility Manager
A leading global investment firm with a strong history of success. They are currently looking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee regional facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of the facility.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades.
- Monitor facility budgets and manage expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their space and operational needs.
- Prepare reports on facility performance and suggest improvements.
- Lead a team of maintenance and janitorial staff, providing training and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, building service, property management, building services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in facility management in sizable company.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Building & Property Management regulations and Ordinances, building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
