Sales Coordinator (Online Trading Brokerage, Kuala Lumpur)

About Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join dynamic SEA business team. The role involves optimizing performance, reporting, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization & Reporting:
  • Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports, including:
    • Campaign Performance Reports
    • Sales Performance Reports
    • Client and Partner Performance Reports
  • Monitor KPIs and measure performance based on ROI
  • Report business results, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders across regions
  • Identify new markets and areas of expansion
  • Assist in scaling and growing existing teams and markets
• Collaboration:
  • Support local and regional teams in coordinating all sales tasks
  • Handle incoming requests from sales teams and see them through to completion
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues or tasks
  • Coordinate with third parties to accomplish tasks and co-handled projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role in the finance industry
• Knowledge of business report generation in different regions
• Strong analytical skills for optimizing business strategies
• Proficiency in data processing with strong Excel skills
• Strong communicator, with clear articulation of analytical findings through presentations
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (is a plus)
