Senior Manager Table Games Design

As the Senior Manager Table Games Design, you will lead a team responsible for the conceptualization, design, mathematics, and development of captivating and engaging table games. Leveraging your creative vision, leadership skills, and industry expertise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the gaming experience for our players.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and mentor the team for design activity and mathematical development, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Contribute to the math designs and development while also growing the team capabilities for Table Game math

• Organize and direct brainstorming sessions to generate creative game concepts and themes that align with market trends and player preferences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and marketing, to refine and develop game concepts.

• Ensure that game designs align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Work with the Business Intelligence Analysts and Market Experts to refine and improve designs to create market leading games.

• Provide guidance and support to team members and development, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance table game designs.

• Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to develop strategies for game launches and promotions.

Qualifications, Training and/or Experience:

• 12+ years’ experience leading a team in game design, with a focus on table games design.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough comprehension of fundamental game design principles, encompassing mechanics, player behavior, and the intricate interplay of gaming elements.

• Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in table game design.

• Strong knowledge of game development processes and methodologies. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire a diverse

team of developers. • Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and

ensuring timelines and milestones are met • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends. • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, publishers, and

marketing teams. Education: • Bachelor’s degree with Strong Mathematical component, with an emphasis in

probability and statistics, or equivalent experience.
