Our client is an international enterprise with a strong network and business worldwide, acting one of the largest premium travelling service provider.

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring exceptional service for B2B accounts across the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new programs, verify compliance, and conduct pre-launch testing.
- Provide expertise in operations during client meetings, advising on optimal program design and addressing queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of operational, contractual, and financial aspects of accounts.
- Produce customized reports, manage complaints, and support management with detailed account updates.
- Develop and refine operational procedures while driving efficiency in processes.
- Execute ad hoc projects to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years in operations or B2B client administration, with 2 years of managerial experience; project management background a plus.
- Background in account management or sales administration, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
- Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and methodical, with the ability to maintain order in work processes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
