Job Description

  • Prospecting for Sales: Identify and connect with both international and domestic OEM/ODM clients in the Major Domestic Appliances field.
  • New Business Development: Actively seek out and pursue new customer opportunities within your designated sales area.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee major client accounts, emphasizing cross-selling and upselling to enhance existing relationships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Independently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Cost and Quotation Management: Take proactive steps to manage product costs and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Account Profitability: Assume responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) associated with assigned accounts.
  • Independent Work: Create task lists and execute action plans autonomously.
  • Customer Guidance: Assist clients throughout the entire process, from sample development and approval to initial deliveries and critical project milestones.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared for frequent travel as necessary.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5-year working experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in the home appliance, consumer electronics, or commodity products industries.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
