Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from demand planning, inventory reports, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and other supply chain teams.
• Ensure production schedules align with demand forecasts.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular checks to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Work with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
• Monitor supplier performance and address supply chain issues.
• Contribute to process improvements through cross-functional teamwork.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports and ad hoc updates to senior management

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 - 5 years of Supply Planning or relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Able to build good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Capable of working under pressure, finding solutions, and managing risks.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office &U Power BI
