Technical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective vessel operations in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Set performance goals and ensure crew compliance with company procedures and values.
- Provide coaching and development for junior staff and support senior crew members.
- Offer technical and operational support to assigned vessels, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage vessel budgets, optimizing costs while meeting operational and client standards.
- Plan and oversee dry-docking and major repairs.
- Conduct regular vessel inspections and on-site visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer on PCTC/Car Carrier vessels, with an additional 2 years as a Superintendent, or a postgraduate degree (MEng, MSc, or equivalent) in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with 5 years of Superintendent experience in the PCTC/Car Carrier sector.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally on a frequent basis without restrictions.
