Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficiency.
• Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing training and support.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote after-sales services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Prepare reports on after-sales performance for management review.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in after-sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
