Field Service Engineer (International)

Key Responsibility:
- Provide on-site services across South-East Asia and the Asia Pacific region, including commissioning, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and training.
- Offer remote technical support and communicate key information to stakeholders about site activities.
- Conduct on-site training and provide maintenance instructions to ensure proper equipment use.
- Keep the customer care team updated on any issues or special requirements, documenting service details in clear reports and providing verbal updates as needed.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, with additional knowledge of electrical engineering considered a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the region as required by business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and professional conduct
