Job Responsibilities:

• Lead demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting and inventory management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to incorporate market insights into plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Min 5-7 years of experience in demand and supply planning, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP) and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Excellent leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
