Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee material master data and ensure inventory accuracy through monthly reconciliations.
- Collaborate with teams to manage demand forecasting, production planning, and timely replenishment.
- Lead change management processes to comply with quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to stock-outs, overstocking, and supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure smooth shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and compliance with regulations.
- Support procurement and tendering processes, ensuring seamless execution.
- Optimize warehousing and transportation costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure a seamless supply chain that aligns with global standards and customer needs.
- Drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support business growth and market demands.
- Act as the key contact for managing operations and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash operations, with a focus on sales and operations planning.
- Proficient in SAP systems related to supply chain management.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
