Senior Building Project Engineer – MiC Project

A leading subcontractor specializing in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects is dedicated to providing safe, innovative, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. They are looking for Senior Building Project Engineer manage and oversee the execution of upcoming housing and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a detailed project plan encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with all project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Optimize project management processes, tools, and best practices for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in managing MiC project with concrete structures is highly preferred
