Senior Project Quantity Surveyor – NEC Civil Project

Responsibilities:

• Manage the contractual and commercial aspects of a multi-disciplinary civil project, which includes significant electrical and mechanical elements.
• Provide advisory support regarding contractual correspondence and project progress, identifying potential delays and risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Execute pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including tender analysis, document administration, and pricing.
• Prepare cost estimations, claims for extensions of time, and final account settlements in accordance with NEC contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of project activities, ensuring timely submissions.
• Evaluate subcontractor payments and assist in reaching final account agreements and managing value variations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in quantity surveying field, Civil, E&M, NEC experience is highly preferred
• Project experience with a main contractor is an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
