Senior Project Quantity Surveyor – Sustainable Development

Project Scope:

A leading contractor was awarded significant civil project developed under the NEC contract framework. The project involves the construction infrastructure, aimed at enhancing better environment in the region. The role will include managing costs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to achieve project milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for project phases.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• HKIS (Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors) registration is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civil projects or NEC contracts.
• Strong knowledge of both civil engineering and E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
