Executive Summary
Our client is a dynamic global fintech company with a focus on innovative trading and investing products, serves customers across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, leveraging mobile technology to provide the tools and knowledge needed for confident investment decisions.
The position will manage daily web tasks such as website updates, content uploads, and landing page creation while collaborating with local testers. This role demands strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless web experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with Local Testers
- Work with local testers to gather accurate feedback on web performance.
- Verify testing summaries for reliability and actionable insights.
Domain Accessibility Monitoring
- Regularly assess website accessibility and address issues proactively.
- Follow established workflows for reporting and resolving accessibility challenges.
Payment Process Analysis
- Troubleshoot and analyze payment-related issues on the website.
- Conduct UI/UX assessments to enhance the payment experience.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify best practices and collaborate with the development team for improvements.
Bug Tracking and Resolution
- Maintain a detailed log of website bugs and create Jira tickets for documentation and prioritization.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely bug resolutions.
A/B Testing and SEO Optimization
- Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement in user engagement and conversion rates.
- Work with the SEO team to enhance search engine visibility.
Website Updates
- Ensure timely and accurate website updates, maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Regularly review content for accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
Content Management
- Oversee the publication of digital content, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators for timely delivery.
Landing Page Development
- Design and implement high-converting landing pages for various marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance across all devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in web development, web design, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese
