Job Responsibility:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas for growth.
• Establish a functional sales reporting structure to drive performance and surpass targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in business development in the logistics industry /managing global key accounts.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in e-commerce, freight forwarding, and supply chain management; familiarity with contract logistics is a plus.
• Hands on experience leading a team
• Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
