Senior Merchandiser (Hardgoods)
Explore an exceptional opportunity with our client where they are a global market leader of international discount retailer chain. They are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Merchandiser (Hardgoods) to join the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager with end-to-end sourcing tasks.
- Prepare and ensure all tender and contract documents are accurate and complete.
- Finalize submission comparisons and identify preferred options according to company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations process.
- Monitor the production process and liaise with vendors/suppliers directly for all purchased products
- Visit trade fairs and suppliers to expand and develop the supplier network in the commodity area.
- Provide support for team members and help train employees and trainees from other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Merchandising, preferably working with General Hardgoods products.
- Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Keen attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
