Senior Leasing Manager – Commercial Leasing

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement leasing strategies that support the organization’s overall goals.
• Enhance efficiency, quality, and professionalism in asset and leasing management by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Create and update policies, establish procedures and systems, and review existing policies to ensure alignment with best market practices.
• Oversee negotiations and execution of lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for leasing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary based on performance.
• Oversee leasing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, and provide comprehensive reports to upper management.
• Contribute to the success of new projects by providing insights during the planning and design phases from both leasing and end-user perspectives.
• Conduct regular reviews with your team, offering guidance on complex issues and addressing challenging complaints or inquiries from tenants, owners, and external parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a professional real estate qualification is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in asset and leasing management
• Extensive knowledge of the leasing market and property operations.
• Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to challenges.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
