Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager – Civil

A reputable design and construction company is looking for an Assistant Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee civil work.

Responsibilities:

• Report to a Commercial Manager and lead a team to manage commercial aspects of the design & build project.
• Measure and value contracts, including the monthly payment process and the agreement of interim and final accounts.
• Review all documentation to identify value variations and claims.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and measurements of claim records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with HKIS certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil work.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with NEC contracts is highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Manager.
