Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer

About the Company & Role
Our client, a well-known brand in the Skincare and Aesthetics Beauty industry, is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to spearhead their marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing joint promotions with external partners, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the brand's presence through creative content and strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate joint promotions with external partners to add value for customers.
• Implement and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR, and event activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Create engaging content for marketing projects and support promotional materials for new shop openings.
• Leverage CRM systems to identify customer segments for reactivation and targeted marketing efforts.
• Oversee the design and production of visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
• Work with shopping malls to explore opportunities for joint promotions and enhance brand exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM systems, especially within the beauty or retail industry, is a plus.
• Experience working with shopping mall promotions and payment gateway partnerships is highly preferred.
• Strong copywriting skills are an advantage.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business operations.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Marketing Officer role.
