Production Manager

Our client is the global industrial technology leader bringing world-leading expertise in electrification, automation and digitization. They are seeking an exceptional Production Manager join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Manage and develop production staff through training, performance evaluations, and motivation to ensure a high-performing team.
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product standards and address any issues that arise.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and efficient resource use.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
