Production Manager
Our client is the global industrial technology leader bringing world-leading expertise in electrification, automation and digitization. They are seeking an exceptional Production Manager join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
- Manage and develop production staff through training, performance evaluations, and motivation to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product standards and address any issues that arise.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and efficient resource use.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
